	Looks to me like the program probably isn't running as root, and 
therefore can't bind to your various interfaces.  If you want the 
program to bind to the interfaces, you need to run it as root, 
although you can provide command-line options to cause it to give up 
root privileges and run in a chroot() jail as soon as it has bound to 
all the various interfaces.
