BIND 9 Zone Transfer Messages

	There was a IXFR delete request for something that didn't exist
	in the zone or an add request for something that already existed.
	Neither of these should occur if the servers were in sync and the
	IXFR delta was generated correctly.  The server will assume that
	is out of sync and retry with a AXFR.
