	Well it looks obvious to me.  Named was trying to load the data
	for "." (root zone) and it couldn't read the file specified in
	named.conf.

	Do you have the right file name?
	Does the file exist?
	Do you have a directory clause in named.conf? 
	Is the directory mentioned the correct one?
