Where did you install the executables? The standard Solaris path for named is
/usr/sbin/in.named. If you want Solaris to start up BIND 8.2.4, either copy the
8.2.4 binary over /usr/sbin/in.named, or change the pathname references in
/etc/rc2.d/S72inetsvc.
