Domain Name Cloaking

HI,
	This is a webserver issues. Basically there are few ways. One is
to use frames and load the http://www.isp.com/~username in a full page
frame (which will leave the URL intact). 

Another is to use meta-refresh tags in the page. What you might also want
to look at as well is re-writing rules. For apache look at
http://httpd.apache.org/docs/misc/rewriteguide.html
