Multiple instances of named-xfer.exe causing 100% CPU usage in sl ave server.

	Was that 8.2.4-NT or 8.2.4-NT2.  Parts of the code required
	posix semantics for rename() and the emulation was not up to
	scratch.  This was fixed for 8.2.4-NT2.
