possible ? restart bind while doing queries.....

	This is a problem with BIND 8.  If you upgrade to BIND 9 
(preferably at least 9.1.2-REL, or the latest release candidate for 
9.1.3), then this problem is solved due to the internal threading 
model used by the daemon.
