Thanks - real data does help in debugging these problems. Why do so
many want to hide themselves? Is it for fear of feeling stupid? It's
more stupid not telling people what they need to know to look at a
problem and suggest a fix.

Here the issue is clear. There is no delegation from RIPE
(ns.ripe.net) to your server. Try:

	$ dig @ns.ripe.net 72.162.195.in-addr.arpa. ns +norec

Among else, this will give you:

	;; QUESTION SECTION:
	;72.162.195.in-addr.arpa.       IN      NS

	;; AUTHORITY SECTION:
	195.in-addr.arpa.       7200    IN      SOA     ns.ripe.net.

Talk to your ISP and have them contact RIPE to fix the reverse DNS
delegation.
