setting up BIND to let a range of ip's be handled reversely by another name server

We have two C blocks assigned by an upstream provider.  Way back, I
notified them that we want to handle our own name services both
forward and reverse.  We have allocated a range of IP addresses to a
customer and now they wish to handle their forward and reverse dns. 
Can anyone lead me to some docs or supply any information that will
help me in configuring this scenario?
