dns_master_load: ignoring out-of-zone data

If 226.101.146.in-addr.arpa is a delegated subzone (as it would appear to be,
from the Internet DNS), you shouldn't be including 226.101.146.in-addr.arpa
PTR records anywhere but in its own zonefile. Ditto for 235.101.146.in-addr.arpa.
