Zone Transfer Problems

I work with Bill Smith on our DNS and have some more information to add. I
turned on xfer-in logging and the following messages were logged:
xfer-in: info: Err/TO getting serial# for "236-184.108.40.206.IN-ADDR.ARPA"
xfer-in: info: Err/TO getting serial# for "240-220.127.116.11.IN-ADDR.ARPA"
>Our secondary servers are acting as secondaries for another company's
>reverse zones who is working on a project with us. For no apparent
