ddns-dhcp 9.1.0

Does anyone have a working ddns setup for a 9.1.x named server. The
documentation for dhcp mentions a program called dnskeygen. This was used in
8.2.x but is not used any longer apparently. If someone has a working setup
could someone send me the  relevent parts of the dhcp.conf and named.conf
Here is the error I'm getting in the logs, it gives me an IP but won't do
DDNS.
if IN A Tony.internal.tflogic.com rrset doesn't exist add 1296000 IN A
Tony.internal.tflogic.com 10.101.17.10: timed out.

Any help wuld be greatly appreciated.
