Not as such, no. However, with BIND 9's "view" feature, you can have
multiple versions of the same zone and give out different answers to
different clients. This is a roundabout way to "filter" those responses.

If you only care about the *order* in which the answers are given, you
might want to take a look at the rrset-order and sortlist options.
