	The first thing you should do is upgrade to the latest released 
versions -- at least 8.2.4 for the BIND 8 system, and 9.1.2 for the 
BIND 9 system.  Preferably, you'd upgrade them both to 9.1.2.

	After that, you need to start paying attention to what BIND is 
putting in the syslog, and giving that information to us -- unedited.
