Nameserver Setup Issue

I recently setup a new nameserver, but I am having
trouble assigning domains to it. When I try to set it
up as the nameserver at any registrars it fails to do
so. One error message I recieved was:

"Security record could not be located"

Anyone know what is wrong here?
