BIND on NT - what's the latest version?

I installed this lastest NT bind on Win2k, only I can't get it to start.  The 
error I get is 
'the ordinal 310 could not be located in the dynamic link library libbind.dll'

The isc bind service will not start.  
Any ideas ?
