chroot bind ?????

Hello everybody.

 I was working  to put my DNS in Chroot and was serching in the internet and
finally find out a how to from Scott wunsch in  htpp://www.losurs.org-docs-howto-Chroot-BIND.html.
I was making all the steps that Scot tell me and
finally I have several questions.

I have the bind-9.1.1 already installed in my pc
runing over red hat linux 6.2 if I want to make my dns
chroot is necesary uninistall this and compile again the
bind.

If I have to make that I didnt  find the
/src/port/linux/Makefile.set that Scot say in this chapter3. we have to make several changes.

I am stop in this part.

2) Is necesary that I deleted the binary files, for
example 
/etc/named.conf and other .. because I have all that I
need in chroot/named/etc/ already copy?

3) ¿how can I make sure that I have my bind in chroot
when I finish.
