chroot and bind 9

POssibly a beginner question but I'll risk it. I looked through the arm in the
new Bind 9 and did a search online with not much luck. Other than

is there any other instructions for building Bind in a chroot jail? I'm getting
ready to upgrade on a new box and I'd like to chroot bind this time, don't want
to do it twice ;^)
