nslookup from WinNT machine

Hi All, 
I am running the nslookup cmd(for
wispsjwebx01.inv6-sjwisp.net) on the DNS server
65.166.19.101 ,it returns me the IP address.But when i
run the same on a Winnt server(with DNS set to the
above DNS ip) it returns the following message.

C:\>nslookup wispsjwebx01.inv6-sjwisp.net
DNS request timed out.
    timeout was 2 seconds.
*** Can't find server name for address 65.166.19.101:
Timed out
*** Default servers are not available
Server:  UnKnown
Address:  65.166.19.101

DNS request timed out.
    timeout was 2 seconds.
DNS request timed out.
    timeout was 2 seconds.
*** Request to UnKnown timed-out

Can any one let me know why.
