chroot and bind 9

Also, try http://www.psionic.com/papers/dns/dns-linux, which is a little dated
with the BIND build info (changing makefile params instead of ./configure
--switches) but worked for me just fine. Also, a little warning from personal
experience, you might need a few extra symlinks in your /jail tree just in
case. Good luck!
