Delegation question bind 9.1.1

The Zone loads fine but I can't lookup any hosts for that zone.  works find
on bind 4.9.7.

What do you mean by "the delegation doesn't work". Does the parent zone file
fail to load? Are queries for names in the child zone timing out? Coming
back
with the wrong answer? What?
