Say I have domain.com with 10 nameservers. Due to
an error in the master zone file, the master name
server rejects domain.com. These servers are all
running 8.2.3. While the zone has been rejected,
8.2.3 is returning SERVFAIL for queries on the zone.
When a nameserver in some other domain queries
the master nameserver for foo.domain.com, and gets
a SERVFAIL response, should the nameserver then go
and query another of the nameservers authoritative
for domain.com, or does resolution stop at this point?

In short, will SERVFAIL cause a nameserver or resolver
to try a different authoritative nameserver, or will
	they just stop?
