Dynamic Update on the zone file

No, there is no way to completely set up a zone via Dynamic Update. But you don't have to restart the nameserver
either. You can just reload instead of completely restarting. In BIND 8, there was a "reconfig" command for ndc that
would tell the nameserver to scan the configuration file for new zones. Then you could follow that up with a "reload
{zone}" command to tell it to just load the new zone. I don't see any mention of a "reconfig" command in rndc. I
wonder if ISC is planning on implementing it?
