Running BIND 9.1.3 with "Least Privileges"

Hello,

I am attempting to run BIND with "Least/Restricted" privileges. I have
followed the DNS/BIND 4th edition text and still have a few questions.

Is it better to copy all the BIND files to the restricted dir or used links?
It seems that the user that will be running BIND (named) should have
permissions for the restricted dir and nothing else, any suggestions?

Also, any other Tips/Tricks fro making this as secure as possible
