The error message says that the zone name is 205.136.210.in-addr.arpa, but
your log message says that the zone you're loading is
SUB8.205.136.210.in-addr.arpa. Why is your slave server trying to transfer
a different zone than the one on the master?

dig -x 210.136.205 ns

The error messages you posted earlier implied that the entire class C had
been assigned to you. Your master server log suggests that only a subnet
has been. The delegations seem correct for your subnet:

sub8.205.136.210.in-addr.arpa. 1D IN NS ns1.ms4linux.com.
sub8.205.136.210.in-addr.arpa. 1D IN NS dns1.tokyoline.com.

ns1.ms4linux.com.	18h51m IN A	202.239.89.218
dns1.tokyoline.com.	18h51m IN A	210.136.205.10
