linking .biz domain to com.au domain

But would BIND buy it? Doesn't it require a zone to have SOA and NS
records? "No NS records for zone ...", wasn't there a message like
that?

Of course, one technically possible solution would be to claim
authority for the entire biz zone, but that would be a bad bad BAD
thing to do.
