linking .biz domain to com.au domain

This caveat is so unlikely that the advice is not very useful.  He almost
certainly wants both fractalgraphics.biz and www.fractalgraphics.biz to be
usable.  So you'd have to get the .BIZ registrar to allow both CNAME
records to be registered.
