resolution problem

Hi,
Not able to resolve the name www.icadence.com.tw. Could someone help me
what could be the problem and how to proceed for getting this resolved.
I tried to 'dig' and found name server for this is configured as itself
but it is not accepting any name queries which tells that is not running
the name service.
