Search Order

I will be registering new external nameservers with nic.gov and
deregistering the existing ones.  I believe there is no way to bias
which of the newly-registered servers will receive the most queries by
specifying the order in which the servers appear in the registration
with nic.gov.  Can someone confirm, or set me straight?
