Random Dns error!

If you excuse the question, how can it be a DNS error when DNS has
already done all of its duties? You get an IP address for the host -
that's what DNS is for.
I would be looking very carefully at the web server instead.
Remember: Internet Explorer's "DNS error" message is a joke. I once
got it when the permissions weren't set right on a FTP server. Once
that was fixed everything worked like a charm immediately.
