	Right now, it looks like they have only one nameserver that is 
responding at all (redgate.yellowpages.co.uk), and the TTLs it is 
handing out are still pretty low -- one hour for just about 
everything.  I imagine that it is quite heavily loaded at the moment. 
It's also handing out cached out-of-zone glue, which I understand can 
also cause problems.

	They appear to have been sufficiently embarassed with the 
previous report that they have turned off the ability to perform 
external zone transfers from unauthorized IP addresses.  So, your 
ability to debug this problem externally is going to be limited.
