Just a thought but BIND 9 requires the "};" not to be on a
comment line.....

I never use # as a comment in named.conf, but that is probably
just me.
 
Lots of things return IP and TTL 0.

dig +norec @212.242.188.77 . ns 

I assume you'll add redundancy when it is all working?

I'd have dropped the "null" logging as well, you never know what
logging will throw up.
