US West does not appear to have delegated beneath 229.63.in-addr.arpa.

I'll note that ARIN claims that the 63.229.97.128 - 63.229.97.135 range is
owned by First Copy Advanced Imaging. Is that you? Maybe there's some
bureaucratic foulup here...
