Zone Tranfer

I get these in the msg log of my slave DNS server.

Oct 25 21:08:24 bell412 named[1462]: transfer of
'austrainingessentials.com.au' from 203.44.231.69#53: receiving
responses: NOTAUTH
Oct 25 21:08:24 bell412 named[1462]: transfer of
'austrainingessentials.com.au' from 203.44.231.69#53: end of transfer


What does it refer to via "NOTAUTH"?....

I'm assuming this is something that would need to be altered in the
Master DNS, but where?
