Syntax of transfer-format was Re: Problems with zone transfer between w2k-dns and bind8

Is it me or is the syntax given in BIND 9 ARM, different from
what works, when specifying the transfer-format directive?

I read the manual as;

transfer-format ( one-answer;) ;

but I use;

transfer-format one-answer ;
