The doc's mention known problems with threads in Solaris 2.6, so
I'd probably start with upgrade Solaris (or disable threads,
which is a bit of a downer since presumably you want them with 2
CPU's in your DNS server).

Unless the nice people at Nominum now know of relevant patches
for Solaris 2.6.
