view's in bind 9.1.3 -> Flexibility needed

Perhaps someone could explain this to me - I don't quite get it...

Why do I need to have publicly "queryable" 0.0.127.in-addr.arpa and
root hint zones? Why would anyone query me about those? Is there any
legitimate reason to query someone else's name server about those two
zones? (Especially the root zone sounds really strange, unless you're
running an internal root of course, but that's a different issue.)

Also, as far as my previous reply got, I forgot that support for
include statements within views was introduced in 9.2. Sorry.
