Moving DNS for reverse

"Connection B" provider delegates the reverse to our DNS'.  I'll have to
check with them to see if they are running as a slave.

What does your "connection 'B' provider" have to do with your DNS? Are they
a slave? If so, then they'll need to know the new address of the master.
Otherwise, it's totally up to you to update the A and PTR records in your
zone(s).
