	So long as it's your own customer, you can put up a redirection 
page and make the appropriate changes to the zone.  That should be 
all it takes.

	The problem is when something like this persists for a long 
period of time, and which continues to cause problems for that 
period.  It is highly unlikely that your boss did something with an 
important customer a month or more ago, and that you still hadn't 
heard about it by now (if nothing else, the "important customer" 
should be screaming bloody murder).
