subdomain has intermitant problems

ns2.conepuppy.com is giving out authoritative NXDOMAIN for
games.webflasher.com, so one of two nameservers says it don't
exist. These appear to have a negative TTL of 24 hours, so
you'll probably see things working or not in three hour
chunks.... more reason to set the negative TTL down to a few
minutes....

My guess is they forgot to increment the serial number or some
such silly when the zone was last updated.
