Weird bind thing - works locally, but not from anywhere else.

It would have helped if you had provided the real domain name. It sounds like
a bad delegation, but without real data to look at, it's anyone guess what
may be wrong with the delegation. Maybe you didn't pay your domain renewal
bill (???) Or maybe something else is wrong.
