It looks like a bad thing. Apparently their copy of the subdomain is
different from yours:
dyn.scheffers.net. 42m40s IN SOA ns1.scheffers.net. hostmaster.dyn.scheffers.net. (

1w5d3h16m16s ; expiry
42m40s ) ; minimum
They may be configured as a slave to you, but since your serial number is
lower than theirs, they haven't refreshed their copy. Try increasing your
serial number to something higher than theirs and see if they pick up your
version.

When I query the nameresolve.com servers, they don't have any A records for
ns1.scheffers.net or ns2.scheffers.net.
