This indicates that you are running an insecure version of BIND.  Run,
don't walk to the http://www.isc.org/ site and download the latest
version of BIND.

This is inetd and not BIND.  You are probably running two instances of inetd.
BIND's daemon is named and it indicates that it is running normally.
