There's one in each of the BIND win32 binary kits, the latest being
BIND 9.2.1. See the ISC Web site for details. You can download
the binary kit from:
ftp://ftp.isc.org/isc/bind/contrib/

It will only work on Windows NT, 2000 and XP. It will NOT run on any of
the Windows 9x platforms and there are no plans to make it do so.

The most current version is 9.2.1. You need the libisc, libdns and libeay32
dll's as well as the dig.exe file if you use 9.2.1.

You will also need to set up a resolv.conf file in system32/drivers/etc in
order to use it unless you specify a nameserver on the command line.
This is fixed in 9.3.0. See the Readme.txt file in the kit for details on how
to set up the resolv.conf file.
