using slave NS in glue records

	For most resistries the answer is "no".

	For those that check that the SOA MNAME is also listed in
	the NS RRset (for no good protocol reason) lie by adjusting
	the SOA MNAME until you get through the registration process
	then revert it the real name of the stealth master.
