What command is:
http://www.dnsreport.com/tools/dnsreport.ch?domain=lockie.ca
running when it outputs this warning:
"Your NS records APPEAR to be:

ns.lockie.ca. [24.141.149.99] [TTL=9234]

NOTE: These records may be inaccurate, since the root servers 
(NS1CIRA.ca.) report no NS records for lockie.ca!".

I guessed maybe this dig command but it appears correct to me.
