couldn't add command channel ::1#953: address not available

Guys,
 
On startup of bind (BIND 9.2.2rc1on Solaris 2.8 I get the error in
/var/adm/messages.
 
named[8499]: [ID 866145 daemon.notice] couldn't add command channel ::1#953:
address not available
 
I am guessing I maybe have to edit my /etc/services, it is something to do
with rndc. Has anyone a solution? I can't find a previous instance of this
error on the mailing list..
