DNS zone replication from master to slave - Perl script

Has anyone written a Perl script that replicates a master named.conf file 
to the slave? It would be much appreciated. In case it makes a difference, 
we're running BIND 8.2.3 on the master, and BIND 8.2.4 on the slave.
