CNAME records point to hostnames, not to IP addresses.  There's no way
to direct traffic to a specific port based on name using the DNS (except
maybe with SRV records, which aren't widely implemented).

even if they were, i don't think they'd do exactly what you want.

you could look into name based virtual hosting - assign both servers to
the standard port and the same IP address, but use different names for
both.

read the apache docs for more information on how to do that.
