converting to a dynamic zone

You use nsupdate to change these entries as you would any other
entries in a dynamic zone.

I don't see any issues doing it this way, obviously if you
wanted to change an "A" to a "CNAME" you can't have both at once
(CNAME and Other), so your probably have to send a delete, and
then an add.
